BT WiFi extender 750 never connects to router

Hi, I have a BT WiFi extender 750 that doesn't recognise my router. It is plugged just beside it, but the lights it will never stop scrolling and it does not get to the point where the two red lights flash, so you can start setting all up.. I don't know what to do..

Hi @Lola4

It sounds like you need to factory reset it and re-pair it to your router.

Have you already tried this? If not, press the reset button with a pinhole button while it's in the scrolling LED state and it should come back in the red flashing state ready to pair?
