Returning equipment

I have some equipment that needs to be returned. I cannot find the link. Can anyone guide me please?

Thanks @Keith_Beddoe. I have followed that link but cannot find the right tab once I am there. I go into "my details" but the relevant link is not there!

@NeilO Can you arrange for a returns bag for me too?

New kit arrived two weeks ago and no returns bag yet.

Logged into MyBT and there is no 'Please return your equipment' link to be found despite getting emails asking me to use that link to request a bag?
