BT Whole Home wifi channel change

I am attempting to change the 2.4 and 5G channels from the web browser screen. They are currently on auto channel and I wish to change to 2.4 chan 6 and 5 chan 40. These can be selected from the drop down options. However when the changes are saved as instructed the change is not being carried out on the disc. Any thoughts?

Hi @chappy13 I'm sorry to see that's not working, are you going to mybtdevice.home in your browser, entering your whole home admin password then changing the channels in wifi settings?

Neil,

I followed those steps and also connected laptop directly to the disc to access admin settings. After a couple of reboots the whole home disc finally accepted the change to fixed WiFi channels.
