&lt;P&gt;Sorry that you have lost the sound on the baby monitor. Is it the 6000 model? If so have a look at the &lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/user-guides/baby-monitors/bt-video-baby-monitor-6000" target="_self"&gt;Baby Monitor 6000 help page&lt;/A&gt;. On the page, you will find the number for the product helpdesk and a link to email them if that suits you better. They'll be best placed to help you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>BT devices smart 600 - no sound</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have had our unit for around 3 months and the sound now seems to have disappeared. Even though it is turned on full, you can barely hear w whisper when held to your ear.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ive read another comment on trying to reset but this hasn’t worked. Unfortunately, looks to be a common issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone advise?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Desperate mum - not wanting to spend the night on the nursery floor &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":loudly_crying_face:"&gt;😭&lt;/span&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
