Disconnected, not disconnected, who knows?

I have 3 disks on my network. Using the app, 2 show as connected, 1 as disconnected even though it has a steady blue light and has been reset.

My phone, a PC and a printer are all connected to the Wholehome network, but not shown on either of the ‘connected’ disks. A Bose speaker in the same room which previously worked just fine cannot now be reached over Wi-Fi.

When trying to run through Troubleshooting on the app it pops up a message saying the connection has been re-established and won’t allow more troubleshooting. Returning to the Home Screen, it’s still showing as effing disconnected!

Can someone please explain this before I tear out the last of my hair?
