Smart Hub 2 firmware upgrade

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone knows if there is a firmware upgrade on the horizon for Smart Hub 2? I have been waiting several months for this, in the hope it will allow me to split 2.4 & 5GHz wifi. I had problems with 2.4GHz wifi periodically ceasing transmission. BT told me that it prioritizes the 5GHz output, so I have rolled back to using HH6, which has been great except that wifi is weak at the back of the house and my wifi extender has just died!

I very much doubt there will be a firmware upgrade to allow this as it is deliberate not a bug.
