What discs to get to improve WIFI coverage in another old property

Old house, thick walls ,BT Home hub ,Fibre , 1 Black Disc that's blue, got a White disc ,won't connect wirelessly.

Bizarrely it will turn blue when connected to a BT Wifi Extender??

Solwise /Aztec Home plugs keep dying and can't get internet to Sony TV now .

Do I ask for another Black disc or switch over to all White discs? How do I get White discs to connect!!

If I get a disc to connect in lounge can I connect TV to it to get the signal?

If you have a black disc already, they are the newer ones, white was the original.

If you're a complete wi-fi customer, you can get up to 3 provided free of charge, give BT a call and they can assist and order a 2nd if needed, if you're a Halo customer with a free home tech expert visit available, might be worth using it to get everything setup and optimised.
