    <description>&lt;P&gt;Not being familiar with Hive, does your Hive device have the option of setting a static IP address on the device itself? If it does, I suggest trying giving it an IP address outside of the DHCP range of the hub and see if that resolves the problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Remote Restart Home Hub 6</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Hive Heating goes offline occasionally and a software restart seems to fix it. If this happens while away from home is there a way to restart my hub remotely? Its a HH6.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well spotted @&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/46"&gt;@Keith_Beddoe&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; I assumed that only worked when connected locally but can confirm it does work via 4g&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That is with a SH2 however, can't confirm for hub 6&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I guess that is the reason why BT have opted for app control, as that is the method many of the other router manufacturers are now using. It also means that the account holder has full control over everything.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As the app has the same control as the helpdesk, via the management port, then it may work with all of the home hubs.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Its not configurable by the user as far as I know. It connects to the HH6 by usb (for power) and ethernet. I'm going to keep a log of how often it loses connectivity and contact them when I have more data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the suggestion though.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
