Business Smart Hub access control keeps switching off

I am really pleased with the Business Smart Hub. In particular, the wifi is solid. However, the one thing that doesn't seem to work properly is access control. I have it set up for the children to remove access before bed time until the next day, but it keeps switching off and I only notice when one of them is online later than they should be. I look and sure enough, it is switched off. Switch it on, save, and it works for a while before switching off again.

Any thoughts about this or do I have to live with it?

OK, I will do that. I posted here because I know a lot of domestic customers buy the Business Smart Hub simply because, on the whole, it works really well.
