    <description>Hi. thanks. I'll try another HDMI cable and another port. I'm using the one supplied with the box. I've tried rebooting but still the same. I'll go and buy a new cable and let you know if any good. thank you</description>

      <description>Hi Paddy. Thanks for the reply. Yes it happens on all channels. Every 2 or 3 seconds the audio drops out. Impossible to listen to anything.</description>

&lt;P&gt;It could be an issue with the HDMI connection. I would check to make sure it's correctly connected and try another HDMI port and cable if possible. If that doesn't work I would try restarting the box.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Hi Paddy. Thanks for your advice. Unfortunately none of your suggestions worked. I have ordered a WiFi extender from Amazon to see if that cures the problem. The TV box is only in the next&lt;BR /&gt;room to the router and all the apps on my TV work fine. Also my laptop. Cheers Eifion</description>
