Youview box showing a UKTV-03-G002 error but working.

I sent an EMail off to this morning to 'viewers@uktv.co.uk'

Yesterday I accidentally switched off the mains to the YouView box.

When I repowered it, I had the error message UKTV-03-G002 and could not select UKTV

I did a Factory Reset

After several Factory Resets I found I still had the error message but could select UKTV and view programmes but the error message still appears so there is still something not right.

I have only done Factory Reset without deleting recordings, not done any of the others.

I still have the error message but can watch UKTV though there must be something still not right.
