      <title>Black screen on subscription channels</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Our BT Youview box is not working properly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All of our subscription channels are showing as a black screen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Freeview &amp;amp; Apps are working and internet is working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We’ve rebooted the box, rebooted our internet, retuned the channels, and checked our software is up to date. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas on a resolution please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;What &lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/tv/learn-about-tv/bt-tv-boxes" target="_self"&gt;model of BT TV box&lt;/A&gt; do you have?&lt;BR /&gt;What subscription channels/package do you have?&lt;BR /&gt;How is your BT TV box connected to the hub?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;cheers&lt;/P&gt;
