VIP upgrade and £9.99 charge

Just looking at upgrade to tv VIP and although no equipment is needed BT seem to be charging £9.99 for some reason . Also noticed if I requested the new Bt pro box my monthly broadband charge increased by £14 a month at the checkout.

Hi @warrior , there does seem a problem with the addition of the postage cost. I went to cancel BT Kids and the process wanted to charge me £9.99 postage. Phoned BT, same happened when they cancelled. Had it charged and refunded.

In the meantime, if you call 0800 800 150 and ask to speak with our Loyalty team they'll be able to help you get that sorted.

Cheers neil0 . TV all sorted by phone and as an extra gesture was upgraded to Halo3 broadband at no extra cost
