      <title>BT you view box stopped connecting to my Samsung tv</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yesterday after having BT since Friday the box stopped being recognised by my tv through HDMI connection I have tried resetting and other ways to connect but including changing cables etc but nothing is working. This is really disappointing as moved from sky where I had none of these issues!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;anyone have any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have a look at &lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/tv/my-bt-tv-box-has-stopped-working-or-keeps-freezing" target="_self"&gt;My BT TV Box Has Stopped Working&lt;/A&gt; and see if that helps. &lt;BR /&gt;If you're still having this issue is the power light showing ok?&lt;BR /&gt;Is your broadband connection working ok?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Cheers&lt;/P&gt;
