is my BT TV second box is waste of money?

I signed up for BT TV a while back and took out the second box too for the bedroom.

The second box is constantly stopping and I have a spinning circle most of the time.

I have swapped it with the big one which is in the lounge and the smaller box worked fine but the big box in the bedroom had the same problem.

It's not the internet as the bedroom has a smart tv and streams fine on it just not on a BT box.

I have also had to take the aerial out of the small BT box as it reduces my Freeview channels reception considerably.

Any ideas what to do please?

I presume this is the ongoing issue that you raised in your earlier thread

the moderator suggested posting back on that thread after swapping the boxes.
