It then started to crash on a regular basis after 30mins to hour. I then reconnect to internet. This problem didnt happen with other apps ie I could watch BT sport or stream BBC iplayer without this type of problem.</P><P>In the last week the problem has become a lot worse. It crashes after 5 minutes of watching a show. The interesting thing is that BT Sport channels are all fine.</P><P>I tried to update apps but the You view box wont says it cant do it just now. Its the small you view box (you cant record on it).</P><P>I have tried disconnecting all devices from Prime video but still problems.</P><P>Has anyone had similar problems.
