Have a look at Setting up your BT TV remote to control your TV which states for LG the code is 2992

Post back if it doesn't help.

Hi Susan, welcome to the community and thanks for posting. Have you tried programming the BT TV remote to control your TV? If you follow the instructions on this link it will explain the steps you need to follow.
