Hi @olley, welcome back and sorry you are getting this error code when trying to watch BT TV on the app. I've had a look at this code on the help pages and it suggests to try refreshing the page and trying the action again. If that doesn’t work, try closing your browser down and loading on a new browser session.

Try them out and let me know how you get on.c

Thank you John ,i think my issue relates to the hidden file in' Playready' becoming corrupt as I appear to have sorted it
