Sadly Ubiquiti routers don't support the multicast that BT TV requires.

I've got the Dream Machine Pro and tried everything to get it working.

Probably worth raising a case with Ubiquiti support, get this issue into their development queue...

Hi all,

I've recently moved from the original BT Smart Hub to a Unifi Dream Machine along with the ECI modem.

Unfortunatly I cannot view content on my BT TV YouView box. The box is connecting to the router and obtaining an IP however I cannot view any of the contents within the channels.

I've seen on the internet that something needs to happen with IMGP snooping, Multicast DNS and UPNP which has been enabled on the LAN however I'm still unable to receive channels. I am currently using the ECI white modem which I recieved in the earlier days of ADSL.

I've seen on a post that a Draytek modem may resolve this issue as it allows for these settings to be modified for the WAN.

I'd be interested to hear if anyone else has come across this before and what other solutions they have used?
