I have ordered a extra box please help!

Good evening all,

Safe to say I have a bad start to my BT experience, firstly the agent put my email wrong on my order so can't access any of my early stuff e.g NowTV till after my install date which is in 3 weeks 😞

Then to top it off I look at my order to notice that it appears the 2nd box I have ordered is just a standard box that can't record or anything, can anyone confirm that if both boxes you get are able to record? I understand only one may be a BT Pro Box but I need both to record?

I specifically asked if both would record as I only need 2 box's if both can record.

I would expect that currently the Extra Box supplied would be the non recordable Youview Box. That has not always been the case but seems to be the box loaned in the Extra Box addon currently marketed.
