    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Good morning all&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I've been getting the IPC-6023 error for a couple of weeks having stopped by Big Sport subscription for a couple of months at the end of the football season and then restarting . &amp;nbsp;I also took the opportunity to upgrade the BT Box to Pro.&lt;BR /&gt;I’ve made calls to the help desk but end up having the same conversations doing &amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;all the troubleshooting measures such as factory resetting but nothing fixes the problem. Anything other than BT &amp;nbsp;subscribed channels are fine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I’m sure this is a configuration issue at BT's end but I can’t get anyone at BT to fix it. &amp;nbsp;An engineer is coming next week which is going to be a waste of time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Can any BT folk reading this offer some help??&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;For information, &amp;nbsp;the Pro box is connected directly to my BT Hub via an ethernet cable and I'm on the BT Fibre Halo 2 complete Wi-Fi broadband package, zero issues with my internet connection. &amp;nbsp;This is not an intermittent issue. &amp;nbsp;I reconnected the old BT hub and the issue is unresolved so it’s not the Box.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes but I’m not seeing any obvious answers as it seems BT need to fix it at their end&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
