Sky Showcase IPC6012

I have the BT VIP Package.

I was happily watching Sky One this morning which changed to Sky Max, which then disappeared. I now have Sky Showcase on Channeel 355 with error code IPC6012. I have restarted the router but no change.

At the same time Sky Max has disappeared.

When I look at the TV Channels it states there are 2 streamed channels, Where would I find those?

Sky One hd is showing on channel number 901. I don't know what's happened. On my box Sky Showcase hd I'm having the same issues as you channel 355. 900 is showing Sky One sd.

According to Twitter it will be updated by the end of the day.

Sky Showcase now working. No sign of sky max though.

Both channels set up now.
