NOW TV content dependant on device?

I saw a programme advertised on TV which I added to my watchlist using the now tv app.
When I came to watch it on my BT TV Pro box it said the content was unavailable.

However, I can watch this programme on Apple TV on the now app and my phone using the now app same login details obviously

Does the now content differ from watching on the BT TV box?

The programme is Wild Nordic from above.

On Apple TV it shows Nat Geo content as 242 shows available and on my BT Pro Box it says 216.

Any ideas?

I would if it was just one. But the difference in Nat Geo programmes from the Apple TV vs BT Pro Box Now App is 26.
