Pixilation

The last 5 evenings all my main channels and digital channels are pixilated The shopping channels are ok .The channels are fine during the day and the problem stars about 20:00 increasing until the channels are unwatchable. I’ve checked sockets/ re tuned .

Hi, @Marie47 Welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm really sorry to see you're having problems with your BT TV service and can appreciate this must really annoying.

Is it only the Freeview channels that are pixellating or is this also happening to the broadband supplied channels? The channels that come via your broadband start at 301 and above.
