Ultimate Freezing

Had a few occasions where my Ultimate Box locks up when I pause live tv. Last 2 times were on ITV, but occurring on BBC1 as well.

The only common factor is that it happens when I am recording the same program I am watching and I pause the live stream for 30 or so seconds

Anyone else seeing this?

Thanks @RobbieMac. I haven’t talked to anyone yet. It hasn’t happened since but I haven’t had the same scenario occurring. I’ll try and test this weekend
