Can I ask if the Bt Tv App has Channel 465 schedule on paired devices to enable remote settings of recordings ?

Mine doesn't. It jumps from 463 to 466.

So it would be good to have 465 listed in Bt Tv App guide so that remote recording can be set for HDR programming such as yesterday s Premier league game.

This is still an issue with channel 465 appearing to be missing from the BT TV app (Android) guide thereby preventing the setting of remote recordings for the programming on this channel.

This is the first I've heard of this - I had it added when the pro box launched. I didn't know it has disappeared again.

I'll get it sorted again tomorrow.

I wouldn't be surprise that if #465 got re-added - that the remote record would set the recording on #433 due to the ID issue already reported.

That issue should hopefully be resolved this week too @ozsat ... I'll chase tomorrow.

@DarrenDev I cannot be certain but my suspicions is that the BT TV channel lists in their EPGs and filter may have been screwed up around the time of the Sky Max/Showcase launch which resulted in various channel renumbering and channel lists and the filter categories being incomplete.

Our EPG provider has said that the Series CRID issue should be fixed, but I can't actually check at the moment due to channel 465 being missing from the data.
We've confirmed that our admin panel shows 465 as being there, but it's not appearing in the output that is provided to our apps. A bug was raised this morning with the company who provide data to our apps - they're usually pretty quick at responding, but nothing yet.

This weekend just gone my Series record didn't record on either channel so I had to manually reset it. I'll ensure #465 is set again this week and see where next week's ends up.

That's 465 now back in the app listings - we had to upgrade to a whole new API at the back end to get the data, so it took a bit longer than expected. Sorry for the long delay!
