    <description>&lt;P&gt;Having this issue when turning Box &amp;amp;&amp;nbsp; TV on.       <description>&lt;P&gt;It's back to doing this. Only does it every so often and I've tried swapping HDMI ports.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&amp;nbsp; Caused the wife to inadvertantly make BT Store purchase this morning lol, which baffles me as I thought it was PIN protected.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_tears_of_joy:"&gt;😂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have to check when get home..&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;OK, swapped cable over. Although the original HDMI cable was the same as I was using on my previous 4K Humax BT box prior to swapping over to the Pro box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm also experiencing picture and sound dropouts. Screen goes blank for 5-10 seconds before picture returns.&amp;nbsp; Think that has been posted elsewhere on here, but without resolution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Never had either of these issues with the old box.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
