    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, My Youview Box will not connect to the Internet, I have done all the Factory resets etc but still it will not connect. It’s a DTR 2100. Fortunately I have a spare box, I swopped the boxes and the spare one worked straight away.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Obviously an issue with the original box but a problem I have not heard of before.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice would be very welcome&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for looking&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It does sound like your box has developed a fault if it still won't connect after a factory reset. Do you currently have a BT TV subscription as we should be able to get a replacement out if you do?&lt;/P&gt;
