BT TV Pro box remote bluetooth

Hi all, has anyone else found their new remote is not working via Bluetooth? Mine is now only working on line of sight. Was OK previously.

Hi @scharter, thanks for posting, and sorry that the Pro box remote is not working via Bluetooth for you.

Have you tried Re-pairing The Remote Control and see if that resolves the issue?

Ho @JohnC2 I tried re-pairing to no avail. The remote seems to work within a 160 degree angle, in line of sight, or if facing bakwards when bouncing off a reflective surface. It doesn't work facing forwards, if an object is in the way. So I would say, Bluetooth isn't working.

Not a show stopper, but disappointing, as is the 5.1 sound quality, yet to be resolved.

For all the promotional hype, the Pro Box doesn't live up to expections. As amny have said, the prev box was better OFTB.
