Now TV subscription through BT

Hello.

I have a Now TV account but have just subscribed through BT. BT told me they will now take over my Now account. I assume I will need to cancel my monthly subscriptions through Now (e.g. Sports)? Also, I watch now on multiple devices such as the YouView box, a Now stick, iPad, etc. Are my login details still the same as before?

Unless things have changed, you should have received an email from BT directing you to the Now TV website to set up a new password. Login to your Now TV account using your new password and it should say something along the lines of Manage your TV account on BT.com.

I'm guessing that Now will stop charging you automatically but it may be best if you ring and confirm with them

Thanks for that. Yep, emails arrived so I’ll set it up 👍 and cancel the Now subscription just in case.
