Bt TV Pro Box audio problems

When watching some channels i.e Drama channel get random pop on sound ,also sound via Av amp random loss of bass which kick in an out. Done all checks in settings checked Hdmi leads etc ,have other devices plugged into tv freesat box etc no problems with sound via tv or amp ,the problem is only while watching pro box.

Hi @jonstannes, sorry that you are having audio problems with the Pro Box.

As you've already checked leads etc have you tried a Reset of the Pro Box and let us know if the issue persists after that.

Got few recordings watch first ,like said only happens now and again but soon as watched all recordings i will do full factory reset.Also found if pro box is off press hold power button on front of box for 10 sec will do soft reset
