&lt;P&gt;Try a &lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/tv/fix-a-problem/tv-boxes/how-do-i-reset-my-bt-tv-box-" target="_self"&gt;Factory Reset of the Pro Box&lt;/A&gt; and see if it then sets up ok?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Bt pro box fault finding</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My inlaws have had a BT pro box set up by BT yesterday, they've just rang me asking for help (there in Ni so I can't just pop round) their pro box is unresponsive when powered on you get the BT logo then just a black screen. The purple light on the front of the box is blinking, the manual doesn't say what the light blinking means does anyone know?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
