    <description>&lt;P&gt;My youview box is stuck in waking up and youview loading loop.&amp;nbsp; None of the maintenance modes do anything. I have tried unplugging the box, restarting my Hub but still nothing??&amp;nbsp; Is there any hope???&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Thank you for posting. I'm sorry if you're having issues with your BT TV Box. Have you tried a full factory reset?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;my box too will not boot up ,tried off/on factory reset and no difference so i phoned and spoke to 2 lovely ladies in Exeter and a new box is coming in a few days . i forgot to ask them if i am getting the same type of box or one of the new ones&amp;nbsp; . i have a few boxes around the house so i moved one of them so i wont miss anything except&amp;nbsp; logging in to all the apps AGAIN&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
