Remote

Hello,

My Bt remote has become disconnected from my box when the batteries run out. I now can't seem to get it back connected. I have tried holding the TV TV av buttons down but I get no blue light on the remote. I also have pressing the ad and delete sub button. Still no blue light.... Anyone else got any more ideas for me to try.

Have a look at Reset Your BT TV Remote and you'll find instructions on how to reset the remote and a link on how to set it up again.

Hiya John, thank you very much I have tried that but to no avail unfortunately. I am not getting a blue light

Hi @ahyden95, thanks for checking that out, and sorry it hasn't worked.

Are you seeing any lights when you push buttons on the remote? If not please check the batteries are fitted correctly.
If they are then try removing the batteries for around 15 mins and put them in again and see if that allows you to set up the remote again.
