How do I get a BT TV Pro Box?

Question in the title. Currently have VIP TV package. Any ideas?

Hi @nbanbury You'll need to place an order for the BT TV Pro box in MyBT or with the Value team on 0800 800 150.

Thanks. I've tried both of those options and they don't work. Nothing available in MyBT and when I spoke to an operator they couldn't see any way to sell me one in their system. Should I call again?
