It's very likely the power line adapters are losing connection, when this happens have you tried resetting them to see if that helps?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For BT TV we do recommend using BT Mini connectors as they have been optimised for use with our BT TV service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>BT TV Connection Issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had BT TV for over a year and in that time my box (DTR-T4000) occasionally loses connection to my hub. Normally the connection would be restored fairly quickly but recently it's taking much longer and happening more frequently. It's connected via a TP-Link powerline adapter.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Was wondering if anyone else had experienced this or perhaps the issue is my powerline adapters and not the box.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
