    <description>&lt;P&gt;It sounds like the hard drive has failed. If you have an active BT TV subscription, call faults and they'll replace it but you will lose all of your recordings.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My BT TV box is in a loop between "Youview" and "BT leaking up" but never gets any further. I've tried turning it off and back on. I've checked all connections. I've also done the reset several times, but nothing. I just want my TV. Currently having to use my FireStick and catch up which isn't as good. Please help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Do you need any help getting that organised?&lt;/P&gt;
