TV guide not showing my now channels

I have tried to reset the box and a d rwtune channels it says 128 subscription channels but not is showing in the TV guide

Any helpers?

Check the EPG settings to make sure no channels are hidden

@Dandan56 Try restarting the BT Tv Youview box by holding the front button for 8 seconds or so and see if the channels appear after the restart.

Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting.

@NigelB72 suggestion about the hidden channels is a good starting point.

To check for the hidden channel

Go to the TV guide, then press the YELLOW button on your remote
Enter your YouView PIN
Press the RED button (not the red 'R' button for recording) and this will restore any hidden channels
