&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry if you haven't been able to reset your BT TV Box. Have you tried the steps as shown here -&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/tv/fix-a-problem/tv-boxes/how-do-i-reset-my-bt-tv-box-" target="_self"&gt;How do I reset my BT TV box?&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What BT TV box are you using and what happens when you try to reset it?&lt;/P&gt;
