BT TV Series recording

I am having difficulty recording a series of a tv programme on multiple channels, e.g. terrestrial channels, sky channels, etc. I can record single programmes in a series but when i select "record series" only the single programme is recorded. My BT Youview TV Box was provided within the last 12 months. Can somebody help me resolve this issue? Thanks.

Hi @hadleyn welcome to the community, I'm really sorry to see your series recordings are not working properly. I'd recommend trying a reset of your TV box ensuring to keep your recordings, post back to let me know if that helps.
