BT TV on Amazon Fire Stick

Hello, Today I have just found and downloaded the BT TV App from the Amazon App Store onto an Amazon Fire Stick.

App Installed with no problems.

When I enter my User Name and Password.

I receive the following.

Upgrade to BT TV Extra

Go to www.bt.com/products

Went there and had absolutely no joy at all.

As far as I was aware I was already a BT TV Extra Customer

If you're seeing that message then you're not a BT TV App Extra subscriber @clive850

Full details are available at https://www.bt.com/tv/appextra/

It will only allow you to watch content included as part of your subscription, or movies and box sets that you have purchased - it doesn't provide any access to the Freeview channels.
