I am having a problem setting up the free bt sport on my bt mobile. I have a £22/month plan and I have bt fibre broadband with Now TV. When I try to place an order for the sport app I get to a screen which asks for my Now tv log-in email (which is the same as my bt email address). It then rejects this email address and asks for another. Baffling.
