      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've just upgraded my TV package to the VIP one, but I haven't got access to the 4K content on BT Sport Ultimate.&amp;nbsp; It doesn't say there's a problem other than me having to upgrade my package, when I thought that the VIP package covered this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I see that this topic has been covered before, but it looks like something needs to be done to my account behind the scenes.&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions would be welcomed!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
