The BT-TV APP will not let me login with the BTID username or password, therefore unable to watch any stuff on the phone.

Tried everything.

And the login is the account holder.

OK, that means it can't find a valid subscription on the BT ID you've entered. Send me a message here with the BT ID you're using and either the phone number or account number, and I'll check your account.
