Loading during matches BT sport

Hello ,

While watching BT sport on my TV I get ''Loading'' during matches very frequently . When I go to device checker it shows my connection is all green and I can stream up to HDR .Also , I never get this issue while watching other streaming services like Now TV .

Anyone else got this issue ?

How are you watching BT Sport? Ie. Are you watching through the app and on what device?

If you're watching in 4K HDR BT recommend a stable connection of 30mbps

If you're using a Samsung TV model from 2016 then we're aware of an issue with buffering becoming more and more frequent during a match. Stopping and starting the stream again resets it for a while, but it will come back. This is a fault with the TV, and we've yet to find a way to work around it.
If it's a different device/app, then let us know what it is.
