BT TV app will not accept my change of region

Hi.
BT TV app will not accept my change of region. My BT TV app iOS version 4.2.5 on iPad and iPhone, currently shows my TV Region as London with no option to change despite me living in the North of Scotland. My BT TV EPG is Region correct (Scotland). I’ve tried Web Chatting to the BT online help, sadly not very helpful they just keep telling me to reset my set top box. A little frustrating. I know this question was asked in February, but unfortunately that didn’t help. Any thoughts or suggestions appreciated.

So, after fiddling around with the iOS app I’ve now managed to sort it. Simply had to un-pair my iPhone from my BT Set Top Box. That allowed me to select the correct TV Region (North Scotland) then simply had to re-pair my iPhone with BT Set Top Box, job done. Thanks anyway.

Sorry about that - the latest update to the TV app moved us to a new data source directly from YouView that now includes more accurate TV regions. Unfortunately some devices failed to automatically switch to the new region, and so reset back to London.
Simply unpairing and pairing is enough to get it to pick up the correct region.
