    <description>Are there still issues with ID153 errors? Trying to get in through Xbox app, bit that's all I get. Have followed all the guides you've previously posted to no resolution?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I currently pay for BT Sport via my Sky TV subscription. When I try and login to the BT Sport App on my iPhone, I get a ID003 code (I have gone through all of the account checks and it looks fine).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try on my Xbox, I get an ID153 error code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could it be because I have an old BT account that is no longer active?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>If you pay Sky directly for your BT Sport subscription then I'm afraid you're not entitled to use the BT Sport app.  You can only log into the app if you pay BT directly for your subscription, or you get it included as part of an EE mobile contract.</description>

      <description>You need to use the BT Sport Box Office app &lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/286221"&gt;@Msbayton1&lt;/a&gt; - your login won't with with the BT Sport app.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I brought the fight pass on the bt website paid 25 quid for the monthly pass which is what it told me to do, now it says I have to go to the box office create an account and then pay another 19.95 to watch this. So am I correct I’m saying that when I purchased a monthly pass for the bt sport pass I can’t watch the fight&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/287088"&gt;@Matthope&lt;/a&gt; it can take a few minutes for updates to cascade around the system, and if you're already in the app then it may not pick it up straight away.  I'd recommend you either log out and into the app again, or restart the device (you didn't mention which app you're trying to use).</description>

      <description>It varies depending on the match/competition - some are available immediately after the match has finished. Others take a few hours to appear.&lt;BR /&gt;Replays are usually available indefinitely, but premiership only stay for 2 weeks.&lt;BR /&gt;Specifically for tonight's FA Cup 5th round match between Burnley and Bournemouth, it should be available straight after the match.</description>

      <description>What subscription have you taken out &lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/287393"&gt;@Dannyboyle&lt;/a&gt;?  If you've just upgraded your EE subscription to Ultimate then your existing login should update within a few minutes. If you've taken a new subscription via some other method then you need to make sure that other account is corrected associated with a BT ID.</description>
