I can't imagine what had happened in order for something like this to happen, it's very frustrating as I'm being charged for something that I do not use and have never used, I don't even remember buying a subscription for it in the first place. </FONT></P><P><FONT face="lucida sans unicode,lucida sans">I am done calling and asking the helpline to cancel as this is clearly not the right solution.
