    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I registered for BT sport monthly pass last night.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can see the £25 was taken from my account but I never got an email confirmation and when I log into myBT I can’t see The monthly pass anywhere.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Does anyone have any ideas? I have already checked to see if there are multiple accounts and still can’t see it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Could you please &lt;A href="https://community.bt.com/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/255971" target="_self"&gt;send me a DM&lt;/A&gt; with details of the BT ID you're using, and also the reference number associated with the transaction on your bank account.&amp;nbsp; We can then trace that through and find out what's going on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
