Error VC019 now most BT Sport channels

I have a new Samsung QLED TV and very pleased to find a BT sports app. This has worked well up to today when most cricket and sailing progs don't load and display this error.

I have followed the online advice Inc reboot of TV and reinstall the BT app but it is still gives the error.

A few programs do work but not the ones I want to see.

Any ideas about how to fix?

Unfortunately that error is a generic one, meaning something went wrong during playback. Could you please send me a DM to let me know your BT ID, and I'll check specifically what your TV is telling us.

interestingly all feeds work on non UHD Samsung TV.

Exact same error. Bt sport worked fine and now plays 2 seconds and the picture freezers while sound continues for a few seconds before error message appears. Samsung TV...
